The reservation office is open 365 days and you can always request a quote and confirm your reservation. We are available by phone, email, whatsapp or facebook.

Hotel Acapulco opens at Easter and closes on September 30 (unless otherwise specified)

For stays from 15/06/2021 is required a deposit equal to 30% of the stay. It is possible to send the deposit by credit card charge or by bank transfer.

• Cancellations made 21 days prior to date of arrival, no charges will be payable.

• Cancellations made less then 21 days prior to the date of arrival , charge equal to the full amount of the deposit.

• Early departure will be charged 3 days of accommodation as per price list

• Every single situation will be evaluated by the management together with the guests

In our hotel there is a laundry/ironing room for internal use. It is possible to ask for the laundry/ironing service at the reception with the relative price list for each type of clothing.

Our Hotel has a wide range of bicycles with child seats for children 0-3 and 4-10 years old.

For children you can request the following services in the room free of charge:

• Bable Bottle warmer

• Over cot changer

Service on request with a rate of € 15.00 per hour

Our kitchen is equipped for celiacs with gluten free products and care of the service without contamination. It is also available a kitchen for vegetarians. It is important at the time of booking to indicate in detail to the reception any allergies or intolerances that will be reported to the restaurant and the kitchen before your arrival.

Our Hotel is located at about 100mt from the beach

The Moto Mondiale circuit is located at about 4 km from our Hotel. You can easily arrive:

• By motorcycle

• By bike (free rental)

• By foot (30/35 min)

• By shuttle bus - if provided by the Moto GP organization

The center of Cattolica (Piazza Nettuno - shopping center) is only 1.5 km from our hotel. It is easy to reach by foot (10/15 min.) or by bike (free rental at the Hotel).

• the Municipal Pharmacy is located in the center (Via del Prete, 5) just 1 km from the Hotel.

• The Tourist Medical Service is situated 1 km far from our Hotel. It is also possible to receive assistance at the Hotel by asking for telephone numbers at Reception.
